Sharif has practiced at Rockingham House for over 10 years. He qualified as a dentist (Bachelor of Dental Surgery – BDS) from Edinburgh University in 1992.

After attending many courses on advanced cosmetic & restorative dentistry, Sharif trained in Implantology at the International Centre for Excellence in Dentistry, London in 1999.

Sharif is an implant training mentor and helps other dentists develop their implant skills. He trained in Computer Guided Implantology at the world’s leading implant centre, Clinica Malo in Lisbon.
After four years of examinations and case presentations, Sharif was awarded “Master of Clinical Dentistry” (M.Clin.Dent) by the University of London. His Masters dissertation was on 'Cosmetic Implant Dentistry'. The degree was conferred by HRH The Princess Royal at a ceremony in Westminster Central Hall, in 2004.

Sharif runs many courses in advanced techniques for dentists and has lectured at the Royal College of Surgeons in Edinburgh, as well as at the British Dental Association and General Dental Council in London. Attendees have included Harley Street dentists. His lecture on Computer Guided Keyhole Implantology attracted 400 delegates.

Meera qualified as a dentist from Leeds University in 1995. She then did additional training for General Dental Practice for a year in Heckmondwike, and developed her expertise in Oral surgery by undergoing a clinical attachment at Pinderfields Hospital in 1997. She has a relaxed and informal manner which has put nervous patients at ease and has a reputation for treating anxious patients.

Meera has been actively involved in the training of other dentists. This has included teaching Oral surgery at Leeds Dental Institute for a number of years and also supervision of newly qualified dentists for their first year in practice. Meera also undertakes extensive teaching of both undergraduate and postgraduate dentists.
